Impossible Peace Relations in the School Technical Council

Abstract
This article arises from a qualitative research in process based on the comprehensive peace methodology known as Ethnography for Peace (EtnoPaz). Its objective is to describe the conditions of impossible peace that are manifested in the meetings of the SCHOOL TECHNICAL COUNCIL (CTE) by analyzing The relationships of structural, symbolic and cultural violence that occur between teacher to teacher, director to teacher and teacher to director, are manifested with practices of exclusion, racism, rejection, intolerance, mockery, gestures, gestures, power struggle, selfishness which affect the operation of the CTE and the achievement of its mission and purposes.
That is why this research seeks to propose peace alternatives for the effectiveness of these meetings by creating spaces of peace where awareness is possible to put ourselves in the place of the other and respect for differences.
