Revista CoPaLa. Construyendo Paz Latinoamericana is a scientific and humanistic non-commercial open access publication. Published contents are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Authors’ Rights
Authors retain their moral rights over the work and authorize Revista CoPaLa to carry out the first publication, editing, correction, dissemination, preservation, distribution and public availability of the accepted manuscript, in accordance with the corresponding copyright transfer letter.
Articles published in Revista CoPaLa represent the criteria, arguments, data, results and conclusions of their authors, who assume academic, ethical and legal responsibility for the content of their works.
Use License
The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License allows third parties to read, download, copy, distribute, print, link, reproduce and share the published works, provided that authorship is properly acknowledged, the first publication in Revista CoPaLa is cited, the material is not used for commercial purposes and it is shared under the same license.
Non-Exclusive Distribution
Authors may enter into additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their work, for example, in institutional repositories, personal pages, academic networks or other scientific dissemination media, provided that they clearly indicate that the work was originally published in Revista CoPaLa. Construyendo Paz Latinoamericana and include the corresponding DOI when it exists.
Copyright Transfer Letter
Every manuscript accepted for publication must be accompanied by the copyright transfer letter signed by all authors. Through this letter, authors authorize the journal to carry out the editorial activities necessary for the publication, preservation and academic dissemination of the work, including graphic and style editing, reproduction, distribution, publication in electronic media, format adaptation, digital preservation and public availability.
Declaration during Submission
By submitting a contribution proposal, authors declare that the manuscript is original, unpublished, is not simultaneously submitted to another publication, accepts peer review under a double-blind modality, commit themselves to making the requested corrections in case of conditional acceptance and declare any conflict of interest that may influence the content, results or conclusions of the work.
Acceptance of these terms will be confirmed by the authors during the submission process through the journal’s editorial platform.
